A collection of Estate made wines and ciders. This case includes:
- Little Reds (Fizzy Red Wine): A naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered semi-sparkling red wine. Fun and fruity. Bursting with ripe cherries, blackberries and plums. Really cheeky and hugely enjoyable.
- Chardonnay (Still White Wine): A chardonnay for the people. It’s light, juicy and easy going. This is summer day sipping. Notes of green apples and succulent pears, mingle harmoniously with hints of citrus zest and honey.
- Hop Fusion (Dry Hopped Red Wine): Aromas of dark berries mingle with floral hops, leading to a palate of rich plum, and cherry, with tropical fruity hoppiness.
- Grape Fusion (Cider and Wine Co-ferment): A 100% juice, wild fermented cider with added grape juice at bottling for a natural fizz. Flavours of crisp green apple, red grapefruit and blood orange.
- Still Wild (Still Cider): Our Estate made cider from neighbourhood apples. A tangy, zingy, acid-driven dry cider with a moreish aftertaste.
- Still Wild in Oak (Still Cider): Subtle notes of oak, vanilla and a gentle warmth, complement the natural fruitiness of the cider. A truly distinctive and refined drinking experience.
