In this case we have selected for you:
- Chardonnay (Still White): A chardonnay for the people. It’s light, juicy and easy going. This is summer day sipping. Notes of green apples and succulent pears, mingle harmoniously with hints of citrus zest and honey.
- Little Reds (Fizzy Red): A naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered semi-sparkling red wine. Fun and fruity. Bursting with ripe cherries, blackberries and plums. Really cheeky and hugely enjoyable.
- Hop Fusion (Dry Hopped Red): Locally grown and naturally fermented, dry hopped with Cashmere and Citra hops. Aromas of dark berries mingle with floral hops, leading to a palate of rich plum, and cherry, with tropical fruity hoppiness.
- The Orange (Still Orange): Skinsy Solaris! Layers of pithy grapefruit, chamomile and wildflower honey, a herbal medicinal hum, gathered together with a hint of tannin.
- Hedge Line (Still White): A skin contact (but not Orange) blend of Seyval, Bacchus, Madeleine Angevine and Solaris, with 15 months in tank on lees.
- Fizzy White (As the name, Fizzy White): Wildly drinkable with bags of fruit, hedgerow aromatics and thrilling minerality. Matt Gregory’s Fizzy White is a naturally fizzy white that is wild and exciting.
