- Unhampered Sparkling Cider: A refreshing zingy apple burst that is perfect for summer days, with food, as a celebration or just to get sozzled on the sofa.
- Still Wild: Our Estate made cider from neighbourhood apples. A tangy, zingy, acid-driven dry cider with a moreish aftertaste.
- Still Wild in Oak: Subtle notes of oak, vanilla and a gentle warmth, complement the natural fruitiness of the cider. A truly distinctive and refined drinking experience.
- Pulp Friction Sparkling Ciderkin: A twist on the classic farm workers drink. Low-ish alcohol but still seriously fun. Light, fun and smashable. A laborious experiment creating something different and exhilarating. Bound to cause friction with purists.
- Grape Fusion Sparkling Cider: Rondo and Solaris Edition: Our sublime co-ferment of apples and Estate grapes returns but with the madness dialled up to 11. On the palate – freshly grated black pepper on strawberries, slightly charred wood and some grippy tannins complimenting crisp apple. Stunning.
- Blackberry Fusion Sparkling Cider: A delicate co-ferment of hand picked apples and Estate blackberries. This is for the bold, the curious, the fun lovers. No rules. No fuss. Pure, co-fermented joy.
