Our sublime co-ferment of apples and Estate grapes returns but with the madness dialled up to 11.

Crafted by taking a zingy cider and sitting it on Rondo skins. At bottling Solaris juice was added for a natural sparkle.

On the palate – freshly grated black pepper on strawberries, slightly charred wood and some grippy tannins complimenting crisp apple. Stunning.

Comes in at a fun loving 6.6%.
