Rules for Glampers
Thank you for choosing to stay at Wolds Wine Estate. We hope that you enjoy your stay and fall in love with our little part of the English countryside. Below you will find some key information and rules for our guests to help ensure everyone has a wonderful time on the Estate. If you have any questions please feel free to chat with one of our team.
Site Rules
Below is a summary of key rules for guests. Please refer to the CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY document for detailed terms and conditions.
Checking in and checking out times: Check out will end at 10.00. Check-in is available after 15.30.
Noise regulation: The noise curfew exists between 10:00pm and 10:00am. Outside of these hours it will be expected that guests keep noise to a suitable level as not to disturb other guests or the public. The noise curfew applies to playing music/instruments, playing games, using equipment that makes a noise such as radios or TVs and so on.
Cleanliness: You are expected to keep all internal and external areas clean, tidy and litter free.
Rubbish disposal: All rubbish is to be placed in the bins inside the lodge. If needed, there are additional bins on-site for any overflow rubbish.
Visitors: Non-paying visitors are not allowed on-site or within lodges.
Dogs and Pets: Dogs and pets are not allowed on-site.
Fires and flames: BBQs/Fires are allowed in designated areas and with provided equipment only. BBQs & fire equipment are for external use only. Fireworks and skylanterns are prohibited. No fires or naked flames (including candles) are allowed within the pods.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping) is not allowed within the lodges.
Driving: Park only in designated areas. Driving is not permitted around the site.
Wildlife & environment: All guests are expected to respect the environment and the wildlife/livestock on site.
Other guests & public right of way: Please be considerate to other guests and the public on the public footpaths running through the site.
