Our Estate made cider from neighbourhood apples. A tangy, zingy, acid-driven medium-dry cider with a moreish aftertaste.
100% Apple and Pear juice, wild fermented, natural haze but only slight. No concentrates, flavourings, or sweeteners – pure fruit in a glass. Comes in at about 7% but you’d never think it.
Drink in wine glasses and serve semi-chilled.
