This gift box showcases the core DNA of the Wire Works house-style, lightly-peated, fruit forward spirit created with a unique blend of live brewer’s yeast, a key pillar in our pursuit of flavour. Each miniature leans towards a different maturation in oak casks from our on-site warehouse inventory; STR (re-conditioned wine barriques that have been shaved, toasted and re-charred), first fill ex-bourbon and virgin American oak.
