Our solaris and chardonnay blend. Solaris is the rock star of the vineyard. A rebellious vine, hard to control. The juice in this semi-sparkling white wine is a mind-blowing taste explosion. Tropical fruits, manuka honey. Absolutely delicious. A drop of chardonnay adds a zing of citrus and apple. Wild fermented, nothing added, nothing taken away, natural wine. Wonderfully refreshing. Rock on Solaris!
