A multi-vintage blend from 2023 and 2024 vintages. Direct pressed Bacchus was aged in stainless steel and then blended with co-fermented Regent and Seyval after the Winter. A single barrel of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from the 2024 vintage was also then blended. Minor addition of sulphur before bottling in August 2025.
